AI Solutions Consultant
Visionary of top-tier data AI solutions at our company and will operate at the intersection of AI, cloud, adtech/martech business, and delivery.
What you will do in this role
In short, you will be the client’s main partner in finding and designing AI solutions – the link between business, development, and other stakeholders.
Internally, you will apply your knowledge of the market and business and suggest where to move our data and AI business next.
Your goal will not be to “implement AI at any cost,” but to find solutions that make sense for the client both technically and from a business perspective.
Mapping business needs, existing processes, data availability, technical infrastructure, and the limits of the current environment.
Selecting use cases where AI truly helps and does not just look good in a presentation.
Translating business requirements into technical specifications for development teams, supporting them throughout the implementation as their partner, and being responsible for the quality of the final solution.
What you need to know
Experience with designing and delivering technology solutions in AI, automation, or cloud – from idea creation to deployment.
Market experience, an understanding of the specifics of different industries, and an existing network.
Ability to build and develop relationships with clients, earn their trust, and become a true partner to them.
Good judgment on when to use ready-made AI tools, when to build custom solutions, and when not to use AI at all.
Very good knowledge of the Google Cloud Platform environment (ideally), or other cloud platforms.
Understanding of LLM principles and of what the design of a reliable AI solution involves in practice – working with context, RAG, output quality evaluation, metrics, monitoring, security, costs, continuous optimization, etc.
Ability to communicate with clients in Czech or Slovak, and when needed, also professionally in English (B2+).
