Sales Manager | New Business - AI, Cloud & Data Solutions

Salesperson who will help us fully develop acquisition sales in the areas of Cloud, AI solutions, Google Marketing Platform, digital analytics, and measurement.

What you will do in this role

  • Your main goal will be to actively search for new clients, reach out to them, develop the initial contact, and get us into relevant business meetings.

  • As soon as a specific opportunity opens up, you will have the support of a senior consultant who understands the given area in depth.

  • You will get materials, information about our services, team support, and access to our know-how from us. At the same time, we need you not to be just a “brochure handover person,” but to be able to understand what we sell and who it makes sense for.

  • You will look for new ways to generate leads – through your own network, outbound, LinkedIn, events, partnerships, referrals, or other channels that you believe make sense.

  • We expect you to take ownership of acquisition sales. We are looking for someone who knows how to open new business in IT and can bring their own system into it.

What you need to know

  • Proven experience with acquisition sales in IT technologies or digital services (adtech / martech).

  • Ability to actively search for new business opportunities, approach companies, qualify leads, and reach relevant decision-makers.

  • Ability to build your own sales approach, prioritize opportunities, and continuously evaluate what works and what does not.

  • Quick understanding of what we sell and what value it can bring to the client.

  • No need to be a technical expert. That is what you will have consultants around you for. What we do need, however, is the ability to lead the first business conversation in a way that makes sense and does not come across as superficial.

  • Ability to build trust, ask the right questions, and recognize when an opportunity is real and when it is just a waste of time.

  • Results-driven mindset, strong sales drive, and comfort with the fact that acquisition also involves a lot of rejection, waiting, and a lot of work before it turns into a real deal.

  • Ability to communicate with clients in Czech or Slovak as well as professionally in English.

  • Direct impact on the company’s growth. This is not a role where you will only maintain an existing portfolio.

  • High degree of independence. We will not tell you who to approach and exactly how to do it. But we will want to see results.

  • Flexibility – we do not have fixed working hours, we care about results.
