DV360, SA360 & CM360 expert (part-time, remote, aprox. 50h/month)

Our client base is growing - and so is the need for high-quality support. That’s why we’re looking for someone to help us with client support for the Google Marketing Platform, specifically DV360, SA360, and CM360.

This is not a full-time role, but a long-term collaboration of approximately 50 hours per month. Ideal for a freelancer, someone on parental leave, or anyone looking to broaden their scope.

If things go well and our client base continues to expand, we’re open to increasing the hours, or even moving into a full-time collaboration. But no pressure, it’s not a requirement.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Supporting both premium and standard clients - you’ll be their first point of contact.

  • Handling proactive and reactive communication, looking for solutions within DV360 / CM360 / SA360.

  • Supporting client onboarding and handling their support requests for DV360 / CM360 / SA360.

  • Training clients to work with DV360 / CM360 / SA360 more strategically and helping them get the most out of the tools.

  • Helping our Finance team prepare reports from the tools for invoicing.

  • Providing support to our consultants, who develop deeper client relationships and business opportunities.

  • Most communication happens over email, occasionally by phone.

  • We'll agree on a general working schedule, but it will be flexible, based on your availability and client needs.

  • You can do most of the work remotely, but we'd like to meet at least once a month in the office for key meetings.

What skills you will need

  • Experience with the Google Marketing Platform - especially DV360, CM360, and SA360. We’re not looking for a senior-level expert, but 2–3 years of hands-on experience is a must.

  • Independence, responsibility, proactivity, and a willingness to communicate - both with clients and the team around you.

  • The ability to communicate in Czech and English - you should be comfortable talking with both Czeck-speaking and English-speaking clients.

  • Bonus points for knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, and digital marketing in general.
