Customer Success Manager - Lead for Cloud

What your role will be about

  • You’ll take full ownership of the business area we do in the Cloud - primarily focused on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

  • Our team includes several experienced tech specialists who handle the delivery side. What we need from you is to manage the business and consulting side - bring in clients, build tailored propositions for them, and define strategies and directions for their Cloud development.

  • We operate in the world of online marketing - that’s where most cloud solutions will be applied.

  • You'll work closely with other CSMs and Account Managers, engage in networking, meet with clients, and look for new opportunities to use Cloud or other services from our Menu of Services.

  • This isn’t just a “desk job” - you’ll spend a lot of time "in the field", meeting with clients and partners (such as Google).

  • You’re comfortable speaking at conferences or smaller professional events.

  • You understand that being a true expert means constantly learning, seeking inspiration, and working on yourself.

What else you'll need for the role

  • Solid understanding of Cloud technologies in general.

  • GCP is our current priority, but if you're skilled in another platform, and willing to learn, we believe you can pick up GCP quickly.

  • Good knowledge of online marketing - you should understand the field, be able to speak with entire marketing departments, and have sufficient insight and expertise to do so.

  • Ability to work in both Czech and English.

  • You will meet our CSO & CMO Vojta (or another business team member) to discuss your experiences, talents, preferences, current clients, projects, and more. Together, you’ll try to design your role at Optimics more specifically.

  • We’ll invite you for a “trial half-day” (around 3 hours) - you’ll meet other team members and get a feel for the atmosphere at Optimics, so we can all decide by the end of the day if we’re the right fit for each other.

  • Job offer and start date as per your availability - we can move within about a week, but we’re also willing to wait for the right person.
